I started AtomTech because I got tired of watching good people get taken advantage by companies that didn't care. You know the feeling, you're paying for something you don't understand, or you're being ignored because your problem doesn't fit into a standard process.
I've been taking apart computers and diving into tech since I was a kid, and that curiosity never left. It grew into a passionate career in web development, networking, hardware, security, automation, and the list goes on. Through all of my experience, one thing has become my most valuable asset: problem solving. I don't just know how to use technology, I understand how it works and how to fix it when it doesn't.
AtomTech is just me. When you reach out, you're talking directly to the person who will fix your problem. No ticket queues, no tier-one support reading from a script. If I can fix it, I will. If I can't, I'll tell you who and how, and I'll coordinate the entire effort for you.
